My husband and I have loved living in Mustang Creek since 2005.  I spent my career working as a Pharmaceutical Research Scientist and have authored many articles for scientific journals however I am currently working as a substitute teacher in Godley ISD.

I have served on the Board of Directors as your President for the last two years and have been a member of the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) for the last four years as well as the Election Committee.  Being a member of the HOA Board has allowed me to work for the betterment and protection of our property values and the safety of our neighbors.  As a member of the Board I would like to encourage more volunteer participation and dialogue through several active committees as and the exchange of ideas.

I have really enjoyed serving our community.  I have worked very hard the last two years continuing to get our HOA up and running since we took control from the developers and fired our management company.  We have made great strides getting our CC&Rs in proper legal standing as well as collecting on delinquent accounts. We have made  tremendous progress in collection of delinquent accounts or placement of liens on those accounts that chose not to comply.

There is still a great deal to do and I really want to be a part of the process.  I am very familiar with our CC&Rs, Bylaws, and now even Texas property law.  I know what steps we need to take to get things accomplished and I would like to play an integral part in maintaining our beautiful neighborhood for the current and future homeowners and their families.  I plan to be open and honest in all that I do on your behalf because I believe that is how you build neighborhoods and friendships and those values have always guided me in my life.  I hope you will vote for me again this year.

My wife and I have been residents since 2017, have 2 young children, and both work in the healthcare. I oversee the operations of a surgical department at a local hospital in Fort Worth. I am seeking an opportunity to serve on the board for a 2nd consecutive term. I want to be actively be involved in the direction of neighborhood. My family and I plan for this to be our home for many years to come. I moved into the neighborhood in September 2017.

My wife, Diana and I moved to Mustang Creek last March after living in the surrounding Fort Worth area for the past 20 years. We chose Mustang Creek for the beautiful countryside, spacious lots and proximity to the various counties.

We have four children and four grandchildren living in different parts of Texas and beyond. My passion includes classic cars, especially Corvairs, and working in my yard.

Both Diana and I work from home. Diana has worked as an RN for almost 30 years with the last 15 years in Home Health Care Administration. For the last 15 years, I have worked with heavy equipment dealers providing warranty solutions. Additionally, I am a licensed Texas Realtor and a Multi-Million-dollar producer with Kirk McDonald Realtors.

My interest in serving on the Mustang Creek board stems from my prior experience on HOA Boards in Midlothian as a non-voting member and in Benbrook as the President. Currently, I serve as President of the North Texas Corvair Association operating with a full board and monthly meetings that are very similar to an HOA.

As a board member, I believe I can add value, experience and decision-making skills necessary to promote Community awareness and cooperation. Because the homes and community represent our collective values, it becomes even more important that we preserve and protect these values for continued growth, increased property value and a connected neighborhood.

While I am probably better known as the fire house owner, I would be happy to help out our neighborhood as needed as part of the HOA. Our neighborhood came together and helped us during arguably the worst moment of our lives and if there’s some small way to help give back then I’m all for it. I’m married to Valerie and together we have two kiddos, Hunter and Sloane. My day job is at a tech company based out of Silicon Valley and I enjoy coaching Hunter’s YMCA soccer team and working on the lawn/garden. Whether I am elected to serve or not, I am so thankful for Mustang Creek and wish the best for all our neighbors.
