Dear Property Owners,

Our Homeowners Association (HOA) will conduct an election of board members in March 2017.   I will compile information on all those members seeking a board position and will email their information to all of you for review.  One ballot will be mailed to each property address with a return stamped envelope.  Those ballots will be counted at our HOA annual meeting on March 26, 2017 @ 3:00pm, Godley Elementary School Cafeteria and the new board members will take their positions effective April 1, 2017.  Those new board members will need to meet and vote on their individual positions (President, Treasurer, Secretary, Members at large). If you are interested in becoming a board member please complete the form linked below and email it to before February 28, 2017.   


Currently, our HOA is self-managed which creates quite a bit of “volunteer” work for the board members.  The new board of directors can vote to hire a management company or bookkeeper if they are unable to provide the time necessary to do the required management work.  Please refer to our HOA bylaws on our website paragraphs 7.5 – 7.8 for the basic requirements of board members.
