Mustang Creek Homeowners’ Association – Annual Meeting

Sunday, March 26, 2017, 3:00 pm – Godley Elementary School Cafeteria


  • Open Floor to Property owners that wish to make a three minute speech
  • Call to order:
  • Ask for all ballots to be turned in
  • Recognize Board of Directors in attendance
  • Reading of the Minutes from the December 4th Open Board Meeting
  • Treasurer Report
  • Begin counting the ballots by three homeowners not on current Board of Directors and not on current ballot.
  • Current Board of Directors will go into Executive Session to discuss:
  • Delinquent accounts of property owners annual dues and vote
  • Current Board of Directors will go back into Regular Session to discuss:
    • Reimbursement of expenses incurred by Board of Directors
    • Postage for ballots
    • Mileage reimbursement
    • Other expenses
  • Mustang Creek 4 sharing portion of fence repair, electricity expenses, water expense, & mowing and beautification expense at front entrance
  • Delay in the special ballot to change/get more specific on CCRs
  • Architecture Control Committee Report
  • Announcement of New Board of Directors effective immediately
  • Adjournment
